We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
All ceramic, 2D Impressions, glass gifts and jewellery orders are delivered 4 weeks later and the 3D’s 6 weeks later, back to the venue of their appointment, or as otherwise arranged at the appointment. All online glass gift orders will be processed within 4 weeks from receipt of the imprints provided by customers with the imprinting pack we send on completion of the online purchase. Delivery will be by courier and takes 3 to 5 days.
Deposits are transferable should they need to change their appointment, as long as the request to change is not received within 24 hours of their appointment. In respect of cancelation of a booking, a refund will be given in full so long as the notice of cancelation is not received within 24 hours of their appointment. Special circumstances will be taken into consideration and we reserve the right to decide whether to issue a refund or transfer if within the 24 hour period.
Our policy regarding our products is as follows: As our products are hand made to order, should a customer be unhappy with their product for any reason, all measures will be taken to rectify the problem, including remaking the product if necessary. We reserve the right to use our own discretion on the course of action, including considering if a refund should be offered, based on the individual circumstances.
Online Glass Orders: Once purchased, an order cannot be refunded after 12 hours of placing the order. On receipt of your finished product, should it be damaged or an error has been made, this must be reported to us within 24 hours for a replacement to be made and sent out, or a refund to be issued.
