Do our children need more exercise?
The Telegraph reported this week on new guidelines stating that children need at least 60 minutes a day of vigorous exercise in order to prevent health problems in later life.
What do you think? How do we encourage our children to enjoy physical exercise when they dislike sport! What ideas can you come up with that are different and that our children will enjoy.
I know that my daughter hates sport and so we have been looking at something a bit different. She is hoping to start karate in the autumn, but this is only going to be one day of the week what to do the other 6 to meet the guideline.
